s 17 Certificate of registration
(1) The Registrar shall issue to an applicant whose application for registration has been approved by the Board, a certificate of registration in the prescribed form upon receipt of the prescribed fee.
(2) A registered Town Planner or registered Graduate Town Planner who has lost his certificate of registration shall be issued with a duplicate certificate of registration on application made by him and payment of the prescribed fee.
(3) A certificate of registration shall—
(a) expire on 31 December of the year in which it is issued; and
(b) be renewable annually upon payment of the prescribed fee.

Perakuan pendaftaran
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah mengeluarkan kepada seseorang pemohon yang permohonan pendaftarannya diluluskan oleh Lembaga suatu perakuan pendaftaran dalam borang yang ditetapkan setelah menerima fi yang ditetapkan.
(2) Seseorang Perancang Bandar berdaftar atau Perancang Bandar Siswazah berdaftar yang kehilangan perakuan pendaftarannya hendaklah dikeluarkan kepadanya suatu pendua bagi perakuan pendaftaran itu apabila permohonan dibuat olehnya dan fi yang ditetapkan dibayar.
(3) Sesuatu perakuan pendaftaran―
(a) hendaklah habis tempoh pada 31 Disember tahun ia dikeluarkan; dan
(b) boleh dibaharui secara tahunan setelah fi yang ditetapkan dibayar.
