(1) The Registrar shall issue to a body corporate, where its application to practise as a Town Planner is approved by the Board, a permit in the prescribed form upon receipt of the prescribed fee.
(2) A body corporate practising as a Town Planner which has lost its permit shall be issued with a duplicate permit on application and payment of the prescribed fee.
(3) A permit shall—
(a) expire on 31 December of the year in which it is issued; and
(b) be renewable annually upon payment of the prescribed fee.

Permit
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah mengeluarkan kepada suatu pertubuhan perbadanan jika permohonannya untuk menjalankan amalan sebagai Perancang Bandar diluluskan oleh Lembaga suatu permit dalam borang yang ditetapkan setelah menerima fi yang ditetapkan.
(2) Sesuatu pertubuhan perbadanan yang menjalankan amalan sebagai Perancang Bandar yang telah kehilangan permitnya hendaklah dikeluarkan kepadanya suatu pendua bagi permit itu apabila permohonan dibuat dan fi yang ditetapkan dibayar.
(3) Sesuatu permit—
(a) hendaklah tamat tempoh pada 31 Disember tahun ia dikeluarkan; dan
(b) boleh dibaharui secara tahunan setelah fi yang ditetapkan dibayar.
