s 25 Board may cancel permit
The Board may cancel the permit issued to a body corporate if the Board finds that—
(a) the body corporate or any of its directors or shareholders has or have breached or failed to comply with or carry out any of the terms, conditions or restrictions imposed by the Board;
(b) the composition of the board of directors of the body corporate is no longer in compliance with paragraph 20(a);
(c) the shareholding of the body corporate is no longer in compliance with paragraph 20(b);
(d) the body corporate has breached the requirement of section 24;
(e) a director or shareholder of the body corporate, whether he is a registered Town Planner or not—
(i) is guilty of;
(ii) has committed;
(iii) is a party to; or
(iv) has contributed to,
any of the acts or things set out in subsection 34(1); or
(f) there exists any of the circumstances under section 35 relating to a director or shareholder of the body corporate, whether he is a registered Town Planner or not.

Lembaga boleh membatalkan permit
Lembaga boleh membatalkan permit yang dikeluarkan kepada suatu pertubuhan perbadanan jika Lembaga mendapati bahawa—
(a) pertubuhan perbadanan itu atau mana-mana pengarahnya atau pemegang sahamnya telah melanggar atau tidak mematuhi atau tidak menjalankan mana-mana terma, syarat atau sekatan yang dikenakan oleh Lembaga;
(b) komposisi lembaga pengarah pertubuhan perbadanan itu tidak lagi menepati perenggan 20(a);
(c) pemegangan saham pertubuhan perbadanan itu tidak lagi menepati perenggan 20(b);
(d) pertubuhan perbadanan itu telah melanggar kehendak seksyen 24;
(e) seorang pengarah atau pemegang saham pertubuhan perbadanan itu, sama ada dia seorang Perancang Bandar berdaftar atau bukan—
(i) bersalah atas;
(ii) telah melakukan;
(iii) terbabit dalam; atau
(iv) merupakan antara sebab,
mana-mana perbuatan atau hal yang dinyatakan dalam subseksyen 34(1); atau
(f) wujud mana-mana hal keadaan di bawah seksyen 35 berhubungan dengan seorang pengarah atau pemegang saham pertubuhan perbadanan itu, sama ada dia seorang Perancang Bandar berdaftar atau bukan.
