Town Planners Act 1995 s 27
(1) Upon the Board cancelling its permit, the body corporate shall cease to practise as a Town Planner. (2) The body corporate shall however be entitled to recover in any court any fee, charge or remuneration for professional advice given or service rendered by it where the advice was given or the service was rendered prior to the date of receipt of the notice from the Board cancelling its permit.
Pemberhentian amalan
(1) Apabila Lembaga membatalkan permitnya, pertubuhan perbadanan itu hendaklah terhenti daripada menjalankan amalan sebagai Perancang Bandar. (2) Walau apa pun pertubuhan perbadanan itu berhak untuk mendapatkan dalam mana-mana mahkamah apa-apa fi, caj atau saraan bagi nasihat profesional atau khidmat profesional yang diberikannya jika nasihat atau khidmat itu diberikan sebelum tarikh penerimaan daripada Lembaga tentang pembatalan permitnya.
