Town Planners Act 1995 s 30

s 30 Appeal against refusal, conditions and cancellation not allowed

There shall be no appeal against— (a) the refusal of the Board to issue a permit to a body corporate to practise as a Town Planner; (b) any term, condition or restriction imposed by the Board on a permit; and (c) the cancellation of a permit.

Rayuan terhadap penolakan, syarat dan pembatalan tidak dibenarkan

Maka tidak boleh ada rayuan terhadap― (a) penolakan Lembaga untuk mengeluarkan permit kepada suatu pertubuhan perbadanan untuk menjalankan amalan sebagai Perancang Bandar; (b) apa-apa terma, syarat atau sekatan yang dikenakan oleh Lembaga ke atas suatu permit; dan (c) pembatalan permit.
