Town Planners Act 1995 s 32
(1) The Board may, if it thinks fit, suspend the registration of a registered Town Planner or registered Graduate Town Planner for a period not exceeding six months pending an investigation by the Investigation Committee under paragraph 31(a). (2) During the period of suspension the registered Town Planner or Registered Graduate Town Planner shall not exercise any of the rights or privileges accorded to him under this Act.
Penggantungan pendaftaran sementara menanti selesai penyiasatan
(1) Lembaga boleh, jika difikirkan patut olehnya, menggantung pendaftaran seseorang Perancang Bandar berdaftar atau Perancang Bandar Siswazah berdaftar selama suatu tempoh yang tidak melebihi enam bulan sementara menanti selesai apa-apa penyiasatan oleh Jawatankuasa Penyiasatan di bawah perenggan 31(a). (2) Dalam masa tempoh penggantungan, Perancang Bandar berdaftar atau Perancang Bandar Siswazah berdaftar itu tidak boleh menjalankan apa-apa hak atau keistimewaan yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah Akta ini.
