s 38 Reinstatement into the Register
(1) A person whose name has been removed from the Register under an order of the Disciplinary Committee shall as soon as practicable be reinstated into the Register, if his appeal is allowed.
(2) A person whose name has been removed from the Register for failure to renew his registration shall as soon as practicable be reinstated into the Register—
(a) after he has notified the Registrar of his desire to be reinstated within five years of the removal; and
(b) upon payment of the prescribed fee.

Kemasukan semula ke dalam Daftar
(1) Seseorang yang namanya telah disingkirkan dari Daftar menurut kuasa suatu perintah Jawatankuasa Tatatertib hendaklah dengan seberapa segera yang praktik dimasukkan semula ke dalam Daftar jika rayuannya dibenarkan.
(2) Seseorang yang namanya telah disingkirkan dari Daftar kerana tidak membaharui pendaftarannya hendaklah dengan seberapa segera yang praktik dimasukkan semula ke dalam Daftar―
(a) selepas dia memberitahu Pendaftar akan hasratnya untuk dimasukkan semula dalam masa lima tahun dari penyingkiran itu; dan
(b) setelah fi yang ditetapkan dibayar.
