Town Planners Act 1995 s 40
A member of the Appeal Board shall— (a) unless he sooner resigns his office or his appointment is sooner revoked hold office for the period as specified in the instrument appointing him; (b) be eligible for reappointment; and (c) be paid such allowance as the Minister may determine.
Tempoh jawatan dan elaun anggota Lembaga Rayuan
Seseorang anggota Lembaga Rayuan hendaklah― (a) melainkan jika dia meletakkan jawatan terlebih dahulu atau pelantikannya dibatalkan terlebih dahulu, memegang jawatan selama tempoh yang ditentukan dalam surat cara pelantikannya; (b) layak untuk dilantik semula; dan (c) dibayar apa-apa elaun yang ditentukan oleh Menteri.
