Town Planners Act 1995 s 50

s 50 Rules

The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make rules, which shall be published in the Gazette, generally as may be necessary or expedient— (a) for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to this Act; and (b) for prescribing anything required by this Act to be prescribed.

Kaedah-kaedah

Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat kaedahkaedah, yang hendaklah disiarkan dalam Warta, secara am sebagaimana yang perlu atau suai manfaat― (a) bagi maksud melaksanakan atau menguatkuasakan Akta ini; dan (b) bagi menetapkan apa-apa jua yang dikehendaki oleh Akta ini supaya ditetapkan.
