Small and Medium Enterprises Corporation Malaysia Act 1995 s 10
Where any person ceases to be a member of the Corporation by reason of the provisions of this Act, the Minister may appoint another person to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term for which the member was appointed.

Jika mana-mana orang terhenti daripada menjadi anggota Perbadanan oleh sebab peruntukan Akta ini, Menteri boleh melantik orang lain untuk mengisi kekosongan itu bagi baki tempoh yang baginya anggota itu telah dilantik.
