Small and Medium Enterprises Corporation Malaysia Act 1995 s 21

s 21 Deposit and investment of the Fund

The Corporation may, with the approval of the Minister, place the Fund on deposit with a bank in Malaysia or invested in the securities of the Government or such other securities as may be approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance.

Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri menempatkan Kumpulan Wang sebagai deposit dengan sebuah bank di Malaysia atau melaburkan dalam sekuriti Kerajaan atau apa-apa sekuriti sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Menteri dengan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan.
