Small and Medium Enterprises Corporation Malaysia Act 1995 s 6

s 6 Revocation of appointment and resignation of members

(1) The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Corporation without giving any reason therefor. (2) A member of the Corporation may at any time resign from his office by giving notice in writing to the Minister.

Pembatalan pelantikan dan peletakan jawatan oleh anggota

(1) Menteri boleh pada bila-bila masa membatalkan pelantikan mana-mana anggota Perbadanan tanpa memberi apa-apa sebab. (2) Seseorang anggota Perbadanan boleh pada bila-bila masa meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberikan notis bertulis kepada Menteri.
