s 11 Transfer of property and liabilities, etc.
(1) On the appointed day all property belonging to the former Corporation or any Branch, whether held in the name of the former Corporation or that Branch, or in the name or names of any person or persons in trust for the former Corporation or that Branch, shall be and the same is hereby vested in the Corporation, and the same together with all after-acquired property, movable or immovable, and all subscriptions, contributions, donations, fines, amounts of loans and advances received or to be received shall be held by the Corporation for the purposes of this Act and subject to the rules of the Corporation.
(2) All debts and liabilities of the former Corporation or any Branch existing immediately before the appointed day shall be paid by the Corporation, and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the former Corporation or any Branch shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.

Pemindahmilikan harta dan liabiliti, dsb.
(1) Pada hari yang ditetapkan, semua harta yang dipunyai oleh Perbadanan terdahulu atau mana-mana Cawangan, sama ada dipegang atas nama Perbadanan terdahulu atau Cawangan itu, atau atas nama mana-mana orang yang dipegang sebagai amanah bagi Perbadanan terdahulu atau Cawangan itu, hendaklah terletak hak

pada dan harta itu dengan ini terletak hak pada Perbadanan, dan harta itu bersama-sama semua harta yang diperoleh kemudiannya, alih atau tak alih, dan semua yuran, caruman, derma, denda, amaun pinjaman dan pendahuluan yang diterima atau akan diterima hendaklah dipegang oleh Perbadanan bagi maksud Akta ini dan tertakluk pada kaedah-kaedah Perbadanan.
(2) Semua hutang dan liabiliti Perbadanan terdahulu atau mana-mana Cawangan yang sedia ada sebaik sebelum hari yang ditetapkan hendaklah dibayar oleh Perbadanan, dan semua hutang yang kena dibayar kepada dan yuran dan caruman yang kena dibayar kepada Perbadanan terdahulu atau mana-mana Cawangan hendaklah dibayar kepada Perbadanan bagi maksud Akta ini.
