Malaysian Red Crescent Society (Incorporation) Act 1965 s 13

s 13 Saving

Nothing in this Act shall affect the rights of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the Rulers or the Yang di-Pertua Negeri or of any body politic or corporate or of any other persons except such as are mentioned in this Act and those claiming by, from or under them.

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh menyentuh hak Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Raja atau Yang di-Pertua Negeri atau hak mana-mana badan keperlembagaan atau pertubuhan perbadanan atau hak mana-mana orang lain kecuali sebagaimana yang disebut dalam Akta ini dan orang yang menuntut melalui, daripada atau di bawah mereka.
