s 3 Withholding and withdrawing of treatment
Nothing in this Act shall be so construed as to preclude the Yang di-Pertuan Agong from declining to accord privileges or immunities to, or from withdrawing the same from, the representatives of any foreign country on the ground that such country is failing to accord corresponding privileges and immunities to the representatives of Malaysia.
