s 80 Annulment of rules and orders laid before House of Representatives

Where this Act provides for any rule or order to be laid before the House of Representatives, the rule or order shall be laid before that House as soon as may be after it has been made and, if that House at or before the second meeting begun after the rule or order is laid before it resolves that the rule or order or any provision of it be annulled, the rule or order or that provision of it shall cease to have effect, without prejudice to anything previously done thereunder or the making of a new rule or order.
