s 9 Vacancy
If a vacancy occurs among the members of the Council appointed under paragraph 4(g), (h) or (i), the vacancy shall be filled by a person appointed by the Minister.

Jika berlaku sesuatu kekosongan dalam kalangan anggota Majlis yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 4(g), (h) atau (i), kekosongan itu hendaklah diisi oleh seseorang yang dilantik oleh Menteri.
