s 6 Exercise of the Minister of Financeβs functions through nominees
(1) The Minister of Finance may, after consultation with the Minister, appoint such persons as he thinks fit to act as his nominees for the purposes of section 4 or 5 andβ―
(a) securities of the successor company may be assigned under section 4 to any nominee of the Minister of Finance appointed for the purposes of that section or to any person entitled to require the issue of the securities following their initial allotment to any such nominee; and
(b) any such nominee appointed for the purposes of section 5 may acquire securities or rights in accordance with that section.
(2) Any person holding any securities or rights as a nominee of the Minister of Finance by virtue of subsection (1) shall hold and deal with them on such terms and in such manner as the Minister of Finance may direct.

Penjalanan fungsi Menteri Kewangan melalui penama
(1) Menteri Kewangan boleh, selepas berunding dengan Menteri, melantik mana-mana orang yang difikirkannya layak untuk bertindak
Perbadanan Pembangunan Bandar (Syarikat Pengganti)
sebagai penamanya bagi maksud seksyen 4 atau 5 danβ―
(a) sekuriti syarikat pengganti boleh diserahhakkan di bawah seksyen 4 kepada mana-mana penama Menteri Kewangan yang dilantik bagi maksud seksyen itu atau kepada mana-mana orang yang berhak menghendaki penerbitan sekuriti itu berikutan dengan penguntukan permulaannya kepada mana-mana penama itu; dan
(b) mana-mana penama itu yang dilantik bagi maksud seksyen 5 boleh memperoleh sekuriti atau hak mengikut seksyen itu.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang memegang mana-mana sekuriti atau hak sebagai penama Menteri Kewangan menurut kuasa subseksyen (1) hendaklah memegang dan menguruskannya atas apa-apa terma dan mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri Kewangan.
