Standards of Malaysia Act 1996 s 26
(1) If any difficulty arises in connection with the transitional provisions contained in this Part, the Minister may, subject to subsection (2), by order make such modifications therein as may appear to him necessary for preventing anomalies. (2) The Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by subsection (1) after the expiration of two years from the commencement of this Act. LAWS OF MALAYSIA
Pencegahan anomali
(1) Jika timbul apa-apa kesulitan berkaitan dengan peruntukan peralihan yang terkandung dalam Bahagian ini, Menteri boleh, tertakluk kepada subseksyen (2), dengan perintah membuat apaapa ubah suaian dalamnya sebagaimana yang didapatinya perlu bagi mencegah anomali. (2) Menteri tidak boleh menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen (1) selepas habis tempoh dua tahun dari mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini. UNDANG-UNDANG MALAYSIA
