s 6 Staff
(1) The successor company shall accept into its employment, on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette, every person who immediately before that date is a member of the staff of the Institute and who was given an option by the Institute and has opted to serve as an employee of such company.
(2) Every such person who opts under subsection (1) to serve as an employee of the successor company shall be employed by such company on terms and conditions of service not less favourable than the terms and conditions of service to which he was entitled immediately before the appointed date.

Kakitangan
(1) Syarikat pengganti hendaklah menyetuju terima untuk mengambil kerja, pada suatu tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, tiap-tiap orang yang sebelum sahaja tarikh itu ialah anggota kakitangan Institut dan yang telah diberikan suatu pilihan oleh Institut dan telah memilih untuk berkhidmat sebagai pekerja syarikat itu.
(2) Tiap-tiap orang sedemikian yang memilih di bawah subseksyen
(1) untuk berkhidmat sebagai pekerja syarikat pengganti hendaklah diambil kerja oleh syarikat itu atas terma dan syarat perkhidmatan yang tidak kurang baiknya daripada terma dan syarat perkhidmatan yang dia berhak kepadanya sebelum sahaja tarikh yang ditetapkan.
