s 6 Rules applicable to Government suits
Rules made under this Act shall, unless otherwise provided therein, apply to proceedings by or against the Federal Government or the Government of any State.

Kaedah-kaedah yang terpakai bagi guaman Kerajaan
Kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini, melainkan jika diperuntukkan selainnya dalamnya, hendaklah terpakai bagi prosiding oleh atau terhadap Kerajaan Persekutuan atau Kerajaan mana-mana Negeri.
