s 109

(1) Subject to sections 106 and 108, the Registrar General shall, upon application for registration under this Chapter duly made and after such inquiry as he may deem necessary, and upon payment of such fee as may be prescribed, register the applicant and issue to him a certificate of registration as a teacher in the prescribed manner. (2) The Registrar General may impose such terms and conditions as he deems fit when registering an applicant under subsection (1) and he may at any time revoke, alter or add to the terms and conditions.
