s 129

(1) No person required to give evidence before a Evidence Committee of Enquiry shall be obliged to disclose the Committee of name or address of any person who has given information Enquiry. in confidence to a public officer in relation to any facts which are the subject of investigation nor shall the person be obliged to state any matter which in his opinion might lead to the discovery of the person who has given the information. (2) No person required under section 127 to give evidence shall be obliged to give any evidence which would have the tendency to incriminate him. regulations.
