A person who- (a) obstructs or impedes the Chier Inspector or an eaa Inspector of Schools in the exercise of any powers conferred on him by section 121; (b) refuses to produce any time-table, syllabus, record, book, material, document or article, or to furnish information, in contravention of subparagraph 121(b)(ii); or General penalty. investigate. F.M.S. Cap. 6. (c) furnishes any information which is false in any material particular or which he knows to be false or does not believe to be true, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding two years or to both.
