(1) Any contributory fund (including the Teacher's Provident Fund) established under the Education Act 1961 or any regulations made under the Act shall continue to be maintained and managed in accordance with any written law relating to the fund until the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes an order for its winding up or otherwise. (2) A winding-up order under this section shall be made only on the advice of the Minister of Finance. (3) The Minister may by regulations amend any rule or regulation relating to the fund made prior to the appointed date to provide for the better administratior of the fund or to remove any difficulty relating to the fund.
