(1) A teacher education college established under anre rouses this Chapter may, with the approval of the Minister, conduct courses of study or training programmes for degrees, diplomas, certificates or other forms of recognition of a qualification conferred by any university or other institution of higher education within Malavsia or outside (2) The approval given under subsection (1) may be made subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister may deem fit to impose. (3) The Minister shall not give his approval under subsection (1) unless he is satisfied that the teacher education college has made suitable arrangements with the university or other institution of higher education concerned with the conduct of the courses of study or training programmes.
