s 73

(1) Nothing in this Act shall be construed as saving prohibiue the estabishment and maintcenance of a private ehueana educational institution. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), every private educational institution shall comply with this Act and all regulations made under this Act and applicable to the educational institution. (3) This Part shall not apply to a private higher educational institution. Private institutions to comply with the requirement of National Curriculum and to prepare pupils for prescribed examinations.
