Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 1

s 1 Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 and shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette, and the Minister may appoint different dates for different provisions of this Act.

Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Swasta 1996 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi peruntukan yang berlainan dalam Akta ini.
