Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 17
s 17 Information to be supplied to Registrar General upon request
It shall be the duty of every company to supply when so requested by the Registrar General, within a period as may be determined by him, particulars—
(a) of any financial interest whatsoever which any other person has in the business of the company or the right which any other person has to nominate any director of the company; and
(b) of any interest or right which the company has in the business of any other person whether relating to education or otherwise.

Maklumat yang hendaklah diberikan kepada Ketua Pendaftar atas permintaannya
Maka hendaklah menjadi kewajipan tiap-tiap syarikat untuk memberikan apabila diminta oleh Ketua Pendaftar, dalam tempoh yang ditentukan olehnya, butir-butir—
(a) mengenai apa-apa kepentingan kewangan walau apa jua pun yang dipunyai oleh orang lain dalam perniagaan syarikat itu atau hak yang dipunyai oleh orang lain untuk menamakan pengarah syarikat itu; dan
(b) mengenai apa-apa kepentingan atau hak yang dipunyai oleh syarikat itu dalam perniagaan orang lain sama ada yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan atau selainnya.
