Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 33
s 33 Duty of chief executive
The chief executive shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the constitution of the private higher educational institution—
(a) exercise general supervision over the arrangements for instruction, administration, day to day affairs, welfare and discipline in the private higher educational institution and all its branches;
(b) submit to the Registrar General audited annual reports of the company in relation to the private higher educational institution it has established; and
(c) provide such other information as may be required by the Registrar General from time to time for data collection.

Kewajipan ketua eksekutif
Ketua eksekutif hendaklah, tertakluk kepada peruntukan Akta ini dan perlembagaan institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta—
(a) menjalankan penyeliaan am ke atas perkiraan bagi pengajaran, pentadbiran, urusan hari ke hari, kebajikan
dan disiplin di institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta itu dan semua cawangannya;
(b) mengemukakan kepada Ketua Pendaftar laporan tahunan yang teraudit bagi syarikat berhubung dengan institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta yang ditubuhkannya; dan
(c) memberikan apa-apa maklumat lain yang diperlukan oleh Ketua Pendaftar dari semasa ke semasa bagi pengumpulan data.
