s 34 Application under Act to be made by chief executive
An application relating to and for the purposes of a private higher educational institution shall be made by the chief executive, unless otherwise provided.

Permohonan berhubungan dengan dan bagi maksud institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta hendaklah dibuat oleh ketua eksekutif, melainkan jika diperuntukkan selainnya.
