Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 63
The Registrar General shall, from time to time, inspect or cause to be inspected a private higher educational institution registered under this Act for the purpose of ascertaining that this Act and the regulations made under this Act have been and are being complied with.
Pemeriksaan hendaklah dibuat dari semasa ke semasa
Ketua Pendaftar hendaklah, dari semasa ke semasa, memeriksa atau menyebabkan diperiksa institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta yang didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini bagi maksud memastikan bahawa Akta ini dan peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini telah dan sedang dipatuhi.
