Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 83
A person who is guilty of an offence under this Act shall, in the case of a continuing offence, be liable, in addition to any other penalty to which he is liable under this Act in respect of such offence, to a daily fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for each day the offence continues after conviction.
Penalti dalam hal kesalahan yang berterusan
Seseorang yang melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini hendaklah, dalam hal kesalahan yang berterusan, sebagai tambahan kepada apa-apa penalti lain yang boleh dikenakan ke atasnya di bawah Akta ini berkenaan dengan kesalahan itu, didenda tidak melebihi lima ratus ringgit bagi setiap hari kesalahan itu berterusan selepas sabitan.
