s 91 Officers deemed to be public servants
Every person appointed, or lawfully exercising the powers of a person appointed under this Act, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pegawai disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam
Tiap-tiap orang yang dilantik, atau yang secara sah menjalankan kuasa seseorang yang dilantik di bawah Akta ini, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
