Syariah Criminal Offences (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 10
s 10 Defiance of Court order
Any person who defies, disobeys, disputes, degrades, brings into contempt any order of a Judge or Court shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Mengingkari perintah Mahkamah
Mana-mana orang yang mengingkari, melanggar, mempertikaikan, mempersendakan atau menyebabkan dipandang hina apa-apa perintah Hakim atau Mahkamah adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh didenda tidak melebihi tiga ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
