Syariah Criminal Offences (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 24

s 24 An act preparatory to sexual intercourse out of wedlock

Any person who does an act preparatory to sexual intercourse out of wedlock shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Perbuatan sebagai persediaan untuk melakukan persetubuhan luar nikah

Mana-mana orang yang melakukan apa-apa perbuatan sebagai persediaan untuk melakukan persetubuhan luar nikah adalah tidak melebihi tiga ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
