Syariah Criminal Offences (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 41
Except in cases of li‘an, any person who accuses another person of committing zina without procuring four male witnesses or an iqrar of the accused person in accordance with Islamic Law a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.

Kecuali dalam kes li’an, mana-mana orang yang menuduh orang lain melakukan zina tanpa mengemukakan, mengikut Hukum Syarak, empat orang saksi lelaki atau iqrar orang yang dituduh itu adalah tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya.
