s 45 Punishment of abetment
Any person who abets any offence shall, if the act abetted is committed in consequence of the abetment, be punished with the punishment provided for the offence.

Mana-mana orang yang menyubahati apa-apa kesalahan hendaklah, jika perbuatan yang disubahati itu dilakukan menurut penyubahatan itu, dihukum dengan hukuman yang diperuntukkan bagi kesalahan itu.
