s 10 Meetings of Council
(1) The Council shall meet at least twice in each year. (2) At a meeting of the Council fifteen members shall constitute a quorum.

Mesyuarat Majlis
(1) Majlis hendaklah bermesyuarat sekurang-kurangnya dua kali setiap tahun. (2) Pada sesuatu mesyuarat Majlis lima belas orang anggota hendaklah membentuk kuorum.
