(1) Every registered counsellor shall exhibit, at a conspicuous place in the premises in which he practises as a counsellor, a copy of his certificate of registration or certificate of temporary registration, as the case may be, and his practising certificate.
(2) Where a registered counsellor practises as a counsellor in more than one premises, he shall cause a copy of the certificate of registration or certificate of temporary registration, as the case may be, and the practising certificate, to be exhibited in a conspicuous place in each premises.
(3) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence.
(4) Any person who exhibits, or permits to be exhibited, in any premises, a certificate of registration or certificate of temporary registration or a practising certificate, or a copy of any of such certificates, bearing his name or photograph at any time when his name does not appear on the Register or when he does not hold a valid certificate of registration or certificate of temporary registration, as the case may be, or a practising certificate shall be guilty of an offence.

Perakuan hendaklah dipamerkan
(1) Tiap-tiap kaunselor berdaftar hendaklah mempamerkan, di bahagian yang mudah dilihat di premis yang dia menjalankan amalan sebagai kaunselor, suatu salinan perakuan pendaftarannya atau perakuan pendaftaran sementaranya, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, dan perakuan amalannya.
(2) Jika seseorang kaunselor berdaftar menjalankan amalan sebagai kaunselor di lebih daripada satu premis, dia hendaklah menyebabkan suatu salinan perakuan pendaftaran atau perakuan pendaftaran sementara, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, dan perakuan amalan, dipamerkan di bahagian yang mudah dilihat di setiap premis itu.
(3) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) atau (2) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
(4) Mana-mana orang yang mempamerkan, atau membenarkan untuk dipamerkan, di mana-mana premis, suatu perakuan pendaftaran atau perakuan pendaftaran sementara atau suatu perakuan amalan, atau suatu salinan mana-mana perakuan itu, yang mengandungi nama atau gambarnya pada bila-bila masa, sedangkan namanya tidak ada dalam Daftar atau dia tidak memegang suatu perakuan pendaftaran atau perakuan pendaftaran sementara yang sah, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, atau suatu perakuan amalan melakukan suatu kesalahan.
