s 4 Functions of Council
The functions of the Council shall be— (a) to advise the Minister on any matter pertaining to this Act; and (b) to advise the Minister on any matter referred to it by the Board.

Fungsi Majlis
Fungsi Majlis adalah— (a) untuk menasihati Menteri mengenai apa-apa perkara yang berkaitan dengan Akta ini; dan (b) untuk menasihati Menteri mengenai apa-apa perkara yang dirujukkan kepadanya oleh Lembaga.
