Counsellors Act 1998 s 41
(1) A registered person shall surrender to the Board his certificate of registration or certificate of temporary registration, as the case may be, and his practicing certificate within twenty-one days of being notified under subsection 38(3) of the decision of the Disciplinary Committee under section 40 to remove his name from the Register. (2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
Pemulangan perakuan selepas pengeluaran dari Daftar
(1) Seseorang orang berdaftar hendaklah memulangkan kepada Lembaga perakuan pendaftaran atau perakuan pendaftaran sementaranya, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, dan perakuan amalannya dalam masa dua puluh satu hari selepas diberitahu di bawah subseksyen 38(3) tentang keputusan Jawatankuasa Tatatertib di bawah seksyen 40 untuk mengeluarkan namanya dari Daftar. (2) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
