Counsellors Act 1998 s 6

s 6 Tenure of office

A member of the Council appointed under paragraph 5(1)(e), unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, shall hold office for a term not exceeding two years and is eligible for reappointment.

Tempoh jawatan

Seseorang anggota Majlis yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 5(1)(e), melainkan jika dia meletakkan jawatan atau mengosongkan jawatan atau pelantikannya dibatalkan terlebih dahulu, hendaklah memegang jawatan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun dan adalah layak dilantik semula.
