Counsellors Act 1998 s 8

s 8 Cessation of membership

A member of the Council appointed under paragraph 5(1)(e) shall cease to be a member— (a) if he is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Council without leave of the chairman of the Council; (b) if his appointment is revoked; (c) on his death; or (d) if he resigns his office.

Keterhentian keanggotaan

Seseorang anggota Majlis yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 5(1)(e) hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi seorang anggota— (a) jika dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Majlis tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran pengerusi Majlis; (b) jika pelantikannya dibatalkan; (c) apabila dia mati; atau (d) jika dia meletakkan jawatannya.
