Tourism Vehicles Licensing Act 1999 s 1

s 1 Short title, application and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Tourism Vehicles Licensing Act 1999. (2) This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia. (3) This Act shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

Tajuk ringkas, pemakaian dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Pelesenan Kenderaan Pelancongan 1999. * (2) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai di Sabah, Sarawak dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. (3) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
