s 41 Power of Minister to make additional provisions, etc.
(1) The Minister may, by regulations, make such provisions as he considers necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulties occasioned by the coming into operation of this Act, and such regulations may be made so as to have effect as from the commencement of this Act.
(2) The power of the Minister under subsection (1) shall be not exercised after a period of three years from the commencement of this Act.

Kuasa Menteri untuk membuat peruntukan tambahan, dsb.
(1) Menteri boleh, melalui peraturan-peraturan, membuat apaapa peruntukan yang difikirkannya perlu atau suai manfaat bagi maksud menghapuskan apa-apa kesulitan yang disebabkan oleh mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini, dan peraturan-peraturan sedemikian bolehlah dibuat supaya berkuatkuasa mulai dari mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini.
(2) Kuasa Menteri di bawah subseksyen (1) tidak boleh dijalankan selepas tempoh tiga tahun dari mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini.
