s 12 Saving
Nothing in this Act shall affect the operation or construction of any disposition coming into operation before the prescribed date, or affect any rights under the intestacy of a person dying before that date.

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh menyentuh penjalanan kuat kuasa atau pentafsiran mana-mana pemberian yang mula berkuat kuasa sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan, atau menyentuh apa-apa hak di bawah keadaan kematian tidak berwasiat seseorang yang mati sebelum tarikh itu.
