Apa-apa surat-menyurat antara Jawatankuasa Tatatertib yang berkenaan dengan pegawai yang tertakluk kepada tindakan tatatertib hendaklah ditandatangani oleh Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Tatatertib yang berkenaan atau oleh mana-mana angggota Jawatankuasa Tatatertib bagi pihak Pengerusi.
