Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 s 10

s 10 Application of the Corporation’s Memorandum and Articles of Association

(1) Any matter not provided for in this Act shall be determined in accordance with and regulated by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Corporation. (2) Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Corporation, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.

Pemakaian Memorandum dan Artikel Persatuan Perbadanan

(1) Apa-apa perkara yang tidak diperuntukkan dalam Akta ini hendaklah ditentukan mengikut dan dikawal selia oleh Memorandum dan Artikel Persatuan Perbadanan. (2) Jika apa-apa percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan antara peruntukan Akta ini dengan peruntukan Memorandum dan Artikel Persatuan Perbadanan, peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah mengatasi peruntukan Memorandum dan Artikel Persatuan itu.
