Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 s 52

s 52 Information from any public authorities or statutory bodies

The Corporation may request from any public authorities or statutory bodies information in relation to any employer who is registered under this Act or liable to be registered under this Act.

Perbadanan boleh meminta maklumat daripada mana-mana pihak berkuasa awam atau badan berkanun berhubung dengan mana-mana majikan yang telah didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini atau yang kena didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini.
